Billing

Plans, top-ups, invoices, and refunds.

Note.space has a free plan, a paid plan, and pay-as-you-go top-ups for heavier AI use.

Top-ups

AI usage is metered in tokens. The Pro plan ships with a monthly token quota that covers the typical writer's month. If you blow through it, you can buy a one-off top-up that rolls over until it's used.

Top-ups never expire, but they're consumed after the monthly quota resets — so your monthly allowance is always spent first.

Upgrading

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade.
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all supported.

You're billed immediately and your account flips to Pro before you're redirected back. There's no waiting period.

Cancelling

In Settings → Billing, click Cancel subscription. Your account stays on Pro until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free at the next renewal date. No data is deleted — Pro-only features just stop working.

Invoices

Past invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each row links to a PDF receipt with your company name if you've set one.

TIP

Add your business name and VAT number under Settings → Billing → Tax details before upgrading and they'll appear on every invoice from that day onward. We can re-issue past invoices on request — email billing@note.space.

Refunds

We refund accidental charges in full within 14 days of purchase. After that, refunds are at our discretion — contact billing@note.space.
