What's an AI credit?

One credit covers roughly $0.005 of LLM compute. A typical assistant reply uses 1–5 credits depending on how long it is and which model you pick. We bill in credits (not "messages") so you don’t pay for noise.

What happens when I run out?

On Free, we'll tell you and pause the meter until next month — your notes still work fine. On Pro, you can buy a one-time top-up pack at any time, or wait for the next cycle.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the customer portal in your settings. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your workspace falls back to Free with all your notes intact.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within 14 days of a Pro purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@note.space and we’ll refund you the same day.

Are there discounts for students or non-profits?

Yes. Drop us a line at hello@note.space with a quick word about what you’re working on and we’ll sort you out.
